Joining Kentucky's First Lady, Jane Beshear,center, for the announcement of a new ovarian cancer screening center in Greenup, Ky., were Helen Hunt, Fonda Warnock, me and Jennifer Johnson. We all have short stories in the anthology "Currents," and are donating our royalties from it to help the center.
